CRAFTY PARTIES WITH YOUR TRIBE

Let us host a unique get-together for your besties, neighbors, or clients! We design the project, custom tailor the vibe, and send you out with an art project you can't wait to show off!

COST

Our standard 1.5 hr. event pricing for up to 16 participants is $45/person, $360 minimum. We're happy to host smaller events, but the minimum charge of $360 would apply for fewer than 8 participants. Additional charges may apply for additional staff or supplies, depending on the size of the event and/or project you choose (for example, ceramics or customized home decor projects).

DEPOSIT

A $100 deposit will secure your reservation, with the balance due at the end of the party, based on the number of guests who actually attended. Deposits are non-refundable unless we are able to book another party in your time slot.

LOCATION

Your event can take place at any location you choose, generally within a 25 mile radius of Uptown Charlotte, or out of our South Charlotte partner studio, Small Hands Big Art.   We're happy to discuss special travel arrangements for other geographic locations (we're particularly fond of mountain getaways, beach houses, 5 star resorts & tropical vacation destinations...).

YOU SUPPLY

A venue of your choice, your fun tribe, and a final RSVP head-count, as well as any appetizer, dessert, or beverage of your choosing!   We of course take care of cleaning up the creative mess, and you're responsible for food/beverage clean up.

PROJECT THEME

We want to work with you to plan the perfect art experience for you and your group! Parties we've designed and hosted in the past have included adult birthday parties, wedding & baby showers, as well as team-building events. We'd love to hear your ideas, or feel free to browse our Instagram and Blog to find some inspiration, then call or email us & we'll plan something incredible together! 

WHAT'S INCLUDED

All art materials, a uniquely styled workspace, private instruction from a creative guru, set-up and clean-up of the creative space, and a 10% VIP discount for each of your guests for a future workshop! We also design a custom digital invitation that you can circulate via email, use for a Facebook Event Page, or print at home.   

SET-UP + CLEAN-UP

We arrive 15 minutes prior to the event to set up, and stay 15 min afterwards to clean up the creative mess. You're responsible for all food + beverage clean-up.  If the event takes place at our South Charlotte sister studio, Small Hands Big Art,  a food + beverage clean-up fee of $25 applies. Additional set-up or clean-up time may be necessary for larger events - we're happy to work out arrangements for special accommodations!

UPGRADES

Photographs:  We're happy to take snaps during the event and send you a private digital photo album for an additional charge of $25.  Or we have connections with professional photographers if you'd like us to connect you!   Decor:  Our standard package includes basic accessories that reflect our unique style and love of modern design.  If you envision a styled event worthy of going viral with popular DIY design bloggers, for an additional charge, we can either pull from our curated collection or source additional decor items!
